Release Notes for Blockpad 1.5.1

March 2024

This is a minor release with bug fixes and enhancements.

Changes with this release include:

• Fixed AltGr and Ctrl with AltGr in Windows app, for keyboards in some regions. In particular, this fixes typing letters with AltGr key, and it makes Ctrl+\ and other shortcuts work properly.
• Fixed an issue with the Mac app where file content appeared garbled on computers with some regional settings.
• Fixed an issue with cut and paste of images with external references.
• When exploding blocks, formulas in value cells, fields, and drawing labels are now retained.
• Exploded blocks are now placed in their own section, to keep variable names local to the section. This helps preserve the calculations in the block after exploding. Note that there are still potential differences between how exploded blocks calculate and how the block of origin calculates, especially if the block depends on values from other frames.
