You can refer to this tool in any formula, macro, module, or other script in Blockpad. You can use either its name or its full path:

InsertTool(make sure the library Library.Tools.Edit is included with Include Libaries) - To refer to it by its full path, use

The insert tool is used to insert objects into a Blockpad file. These include top level frames, any other frame, dynamic expressions, and more.
The insert button is located in the top left area of the window, next to the save button. You can also press ctrl+k.
When you open the insert tool, a window appears with everything you can insert. This list depends on the active frame. For example, different options will appear if you are in a spreadsheet vs a report.
