A Paragraph is the paragraph-type object used as the building block of text in a report. Whenever you press enter and type in text, you're creating a new paragraph.

Paragraph properties give you control over things like how lines of text are spaced and aligned.

You can use style rules to selectively apply certain properties only to paragraphs (and not headings or titles), including font, font size, and text color.

Edit the properties of a paragraph:
  1. Select any text in the paragraph.
  2. Open the properties window.
  3. Under Paragraph, edit the properties (Line Height, etc).
Notes:
  • A Paragraph is one of three general paragraph styles: paragraph, heading, and title.
